Intentionality
As a steward, I leverage every resource at my disposal for Christ’s Kingdom. I live life as a Kingdom investor and say no to good things in order to prioritize God’s call on my life. Planning and strategizing are very important to me and reactivity is #1 enemy. I long to live as “...before the audience of One—before others I have nothing to gain, nothing to lose, nothing to prove” (Os Guinness).
Learning
I take the posture of a learner in everything I do and surround myself with people I want to be like. I take the time to learn from my successes and mistakes and invite feedback from others. I welcome critique and criticism as those are my greatest opportunities to learn.
Clarity
I drive for clarity in vision and direction. I ask questions until I understand where we’re headed so that I can create a clear plan to get there.
